The 21st Annual General Meeting of West Zone Power Distribution Company Limited (Ozopadico) was held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 4.00 pm at Vidyut Bhavan, Dialogue-1, Head Office of Ozopadico, Khulana. Mr. Md. Habibur Rahman, BPAA, Senior Secretary of Power Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources was present as the chief guest in the 21st Annual General Meeting.The Chief Guest in his speech expressed satisfaction with the overall performance of Ojopadiko and encouraged everyone for uninterrupted power supply during summer and irrigation season. Chairman of Bangladesh Power Development Board (Grade-1) Professor Md. Mahbubur Rahman was present as a special guest.Mr. SM Enamul Kabir, Chairman of Ozopadico and Additional Secretary of Power Department of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources presided over the 21st Annual General Meeting by Prof. A. H. M. Mahiuddan, Managing Director of wzpdcl.The meeting was conducted by Mr. Mohammad Nazmul Huda, Company Secretary (Acting) of wzpdcl. In addition, other members of the board of directors, shareholders, senior officials of various organizations and officials of various levels of wzpdcl were present in the meeting. It is to be noted that the guests participated in the pitha festival organized in the evening at Shilpakala Academy in Khulana under the supervision of Ozopadiko and enjoyed a wonderful cultural program.
